Features
- Hardware full duplex, supports up to 6Mbps baud rate communication
- Support RTS/CTS hardware flow control
- Support common MODEM communication signals
- Support a variety of IO levels
- TYPE-C interface
- Small Size: 2.2cm X 1.7cm
pins - from top to bottom
front side (pins to the right)
GND TX RX DTR RTS 3V3
back side (pins to the left)
RI CTS DSR DCD VREF 5V
Note 1: Provide 5V/3.3V, 5V power supply current up to 500mA, 3.3V output current up to 300mA
Note 2: VREF is the external reference pin level input
voltage is selected by a solder bridge on the back of the nanoUART. My nanoUARTs came with 3.3V selected.
