2024-08-18: the Micro-HDMI adapter (61308) works.
2024-08-17: at Kjell I bought some adapters 61308 Micro-HDMI adapter NOK 89.90, 98239 Mini-HDMI Adapter NOK 99.90, and a cable 98651 Micro-HDMI to HDMI cable 1m NOK 69.90.
2024-08-16: z30b - wrote RaspiOS 64-bit to a 64 GB microSD card using rpi-imager on a Linux laptop.
2024-08-16: I labeled the power supply, assembled the Pi5 in the aluminium case. With the USB-C power port on the left, the micro-HDMI ports are HDMI0 and HDMI1.

and a aluminium case 88410 Joy-it Robust aluminiumskabinett for Raspberry Pi 5 for NOK 149.90 from Kjell at Biskop Gunnerus gate.
I had to go to Kjell at Torggata to buy a 88391 Raspberry Pi Strømadapter for Raspberry Pi 5 Model B 27 W Svart for NOK 199.-
the total was NOK 1487.90
