History

2026-01-04: case - today I reprinted the case (still in PLA), but scaled the parts up to 101%. That worked nicely. Before the case was too tight.

2025-11-22: print of the case bottom failed, it curled up a bit on one side, making it too tight for the Base Duo and Pi 5 to fit into it.

2025-11-22: I mounted the active cooler onto the Pi 5. I assembled the NVME Base Duo, and mounted the 2 Samsung SSDs on it.

2025-11-22: I started printing a case bottom, see "Case for Raspberry Pi 5 With Pimoroni NVMe Base Duo" in the Links section.

2025-11-22: I created this page.

2025-11-20: the package from NetOnNet was delivered, straight into my mailbox.

2025-11-20: I picked up the package from Elkjøp at my local PIB Extra Trondheimsveien.

2025-11-20: the package from Raspberrypi.dk was delivered (on my doormat, HeltHjem).

2025-11-18: from Elkjøp (elkjop.no) I ordered 2 x Samsung 990 EVO Plus intern SSD (4TB) at NOK 5590.- which is NOK 2794.- each.

2025-11-17: the package from NetOnNet was shipped.

2025-11-16: the package from Raspberrypi.dk was shipped.

2025-11-14: From Rasperrypi.dk I ordered 1 x Pimoroni NVMe Base Duo for Raspberry Pi 5 (NOK 539.-) and 1 x Raspberry Pi 5 Active Cooler (NOK 99.-).

2025-11-14: From NetOnNet, I ordered 1 x Raspberry Pi 5 Model B enkortsdator - 16GB (NOK 1489.-) and 1 x Raspberry Pi 5 Power Supply, Svart (NOK 209.-). I also ordered Flätad snabbladdningskabel USB-C till USB-C 2 m, 2-pack - Vit (NOK 139.-) but that is unrelated.
