2025-07-16: to pen the box, loosen the four captive screws on the bottom cover, and remove it. memory - insert the SO-DIMM (there is only one slot). SSD - insert, then rotate the "Q-Latch" (litte plastic thing) counter clockwise to secure it. The bottom cover has ccoling pads for the ssd.
