2020-01-07: power on - because of unplanned power outage today (power was out about 10:30 - 11:30).

2019-03-27: I had to power on the machine today, because of a planned power outage this morning.

2018-11-08: sound - I need to get speakers (usb speakers or a usb soundcard + normal PC speakers) for this machine.

2018-11-04: UEFI - newest version is 1.90, date 2018/3/16. Currently installed version is P1.10. Upgrade - "Internet Flash" didn't work ("not connected to network") but "Instant Flash" and the upgrade file on a usb-stick (fat32) so now it is upgraded to P1.90. From dmidecode

ok. 2018-11-04: sata SSD - I found the sata + power cable in the box, and mounted the sata SSD in the BeeBox-S case. There is limited space, so I had to unscrew and take out the adapter that the sata SSD is fastened to, both to fit two of the screws and to fit the sata cable. Afterwards, putting the BeeBox-S box together was tight, but careful placing of the sata cables helped.

2018-10-26: sata SSD -at Digital Impuls, I bought a Crucial MX500 1TB 2.5 inch SSD (142975) for NOK 1799.-

2018-01-27: M2.SSD - I removed the standoff screw (hex nut) for the M.2 slot and added the extended bracket (I had to put one of the antenna cables for the Wi-Fi module under the extended bracket) and added one WD Green 240GB Sata M.2 2280 SSD, WDS240G1G0B.

2018-01-27: RAM - I inserted 2 x 16 GB DDR4 - 2133 SODIMM 1.2V CL15 (Crucial) in the SoDIMM slots

2018-01-27: unboxing - the package contains the BeeBox-S, a power adapter (laptop style) with a mickey-mouse style connector on the mains end, a (IR) remote control, a SATA cable (data and power), a DVD with user manual and drivers,a VESA mounting plate with a bag of screws, a M.2 screw + extended bracket (for M.2 SSD type 2280), a Quick Installation Guide.
