2025-06-29: tired to boot (FreeBSD-15.0-CURRENT-arm64-aarch64-20250621-eb5884c564ae-278132-memstick.img.xz) from usb, using the same setup as last time. For some reason run bootcmd_usb0 fails.
The usb memestick is good, I have booted this on another machine.

2025-04-20: booting FreeBSD (a snapshot) from a usb stick, using usb boot from OpenBSD's u-boot

the machine loads the kernel, but panics when it doesn't find a usable timer. Panic message:
panic: No usable event timer found!
