History

2021-08-14: I re-created this page on my self-hosted web server.

2015-02-12: picked up the package at my local PIB (Rimi Trondheimsveien) on my way home from work this afternoon. It was in an "oversized mail bag". The book has survived, and it looks stunning.

2015-02-11: a pick-up notice from Posten waited in my mailbox when I arrived home. Too late, my local PIB is closed.

2015-01-06: I got a "shipping soon" message from the project. My details are correct, so I'm all set.

2014-07-20: I responded to the reward survey. Nothing to choose, just confirm my details.

2014-07-18: the project sent out the reward survey.

2012-07-19: the project was funded. I pledged USD 75.- and my reward is "Your name listed, plus a printed copy, signed by all the artists". Estimated delivery July 2014.
